About Me

Hi, I am Haritha. I am a product manager working in tech in India.

I've spent almost 7 years helping build products across different domains, and the more I do it, the more I realise that the best product decisions aren't purely business decisions and they're human ones.

I think a lot about who technology is built for, what problems are actually worth solving, and how to build things that genuinely improve people's lives rather than just capturing their attention. These aren't just philosophical questions for me, they shape how I approach my work, my teams, and the products I help build.

I am also someone who believes that good product thinking doesn't happen in a vacuum. It requires understanding people deeply, their behavior, their context, their constraints. That curiosity about people extends beyond work into how I see the world generally; through systems, culture, psychology, and the way we organise ourselves as societies.

This space is where I write about all of it. Product and tech, work and careers, ideas I am wrestling with, books I am reading, and occasionally just life, the ordinary and the complicated parts equally.

I don't have anything figured out. I am still learning, still questioning, still making mistakes. This space is part of that process, thinking out loud and documenting them.

If something here resonates, I'd love to hear from you.

Thank you for being here.
